Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All international returns should contact us at email@example.com where we will generate a returns form, and instructions on where to post your package.
- All returns will require the label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting.
- All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided and be unused.
- Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, boxes and tags should be included in your return.
- Items must not be soiled or been used.
- You cannot return items that have been made to order or customized for you.
- Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Where an alternative is required we are able to offer exchanges.
- All questions and queries are be handled by our expert customer service team, so please contact us with any questions on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Zuntree. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Zuntree is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
- We will send you a returns authorization number, and detailed instructions on where to ship the returned items.
- On the return form please list the item(s) you want to return. Please provide a reason where possible.
- Make sure your items are securely wrapped back up in the materials they were delivered in.
- You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed after we have received it. Once we have received back the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method - refunds to credit/debit card can take up to 10 business days.
- Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
Cancel Or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact Zuntree Customer Service at email@example.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses is not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 10 days from the date you received it, via email to email@example.com Please include a photo and description of the fault.
- We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you.
- If you have had the item for over 10 days we will look into this for you.
- Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 30 days.
- Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
